OFLOXACIN-TABLETS

Ofloxacin it involves inhibition of bacterial topoisomerase iv and DNA gyrase ( both of which are type ii isomerase ) enzymes required for DNA replication ,transcription, repair and recompination.

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that fights bacteria in the body  it is used to treat bacterial infections  of the skin lungs prostate or urinary tract (bladder and kidneys)Ofloxacin is also used to treat pelvic inflammatory disease Chlamydia and /or gonorrhea.

Ciprofloxacin is a broad spectrum antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone class. it is active against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria . it functions by  inhibiting  DNA gyrase and type ii topoisomerase topoisomerase iv , necessary to separate bacterial DNA therapy , inhibiting cell division.
